Neil’s journey in property began long before launching his boutique agency. Growing up around St Albans, he developed a genuine love for the area’s character, community, and homes. After years of helping clients navigate life’s biggest decisions, he built Neil Hughes Property to offer something different, a calmer, more personal, more human approach to estate agency. Today, in partnership with TAUK, Neil blends heartfelt service with industry‑leading marketing to deliver exceptional results for every client.
